:: The Body Shop - Pinita Colada Launch ::

Hello girls!

I know it has been a while, the reason being that I'm currently studying for my finals and have very limited time on my hands! However, last Friday 27th May was the launch of the Pinita Colada Line (picture below!) at The Body Shop at PAMA, and I simply could not miss it! I absolutely loved it!

I got the opportunity to go around the shop and snap a few pictures for you girls, so here they are! Enjoy! xx

And their make-up section is amazing as well mind you! Admittedly I've never tried anything from their make-up lines but I definitely plan to give it a go!

I absolutely loved going around the shop, and couldn't help myself! I bought a couple of things, and we were given a few goodies which I'm so thankful for!

This is a hand cleanser in the Mango Scent; perfect to have in your purse or car! xx

We were also given some testers and other goodies!

I was already a big lover of The Body Shop, and I'm definitely a bigger one now!

:: Malta Fashion Awards 2016 ::

Hello girls!

This is officially the last post which has anything to do with Malta Fashion Week and Awards 2016! It has been an absolute blast, but unfortunately everything has to come to an end. It was my first ever fashion week and fashion awards, so it has been extra special to me; I got to meet so many talented and wonderful people!

I wanted to share with you this years' winners, as well as some pictures from the night, as I thought you'd be interested! Below is a compilation of pictures taken on the night by J Ciappara.

I will also like to congratulate the winner for Blogger of the Year, Daniel Azzopardi!

I loved having you come on this adventure with me - thank you so much for your support and following! I plan to return to the normal scheduling of posts very soon!

:: Malta Fashion Week - Milica Trickovic Hunter ::

Hello girls!

So unfortunately this is the last blog post I have about Malta Fashion Week 2016! It is all about the Milica Trickovic Collection called 'Hunter'. This designer is from Serbia, however she has been acting upon her childhood wish of becoming an international fashion designer.

Her collection represents the eternal hunger of a woman for splendor and her yearning to catch the tread of glamour and transform into her daily wardrobe. The collection is made from shiny translucent lace adding a distinctive feminine charm!

Here are a few pictures which were taken on her magical night!

:: Malta Fashion Week - Nilara 'Insomnia' ::

Hello girls!

These last couple of posts have been a long time coming, but they are here nonetheless! This post covers Nilay Camilleri's collection called 'Insomnia - The Empowering Edge of Design'. This collection features a lot of real leather, lace and feathers, which being completely honest I am not a fan of!

However, I was quite impressed by the way she managed to amalgamate the softness and femininity of the lace, with the strength and edginess of the leather. In turn, this challenged the conventional and traditional idea of an evening gown.

:: Malta Fashion Week - Lilly Mae ::

Hello girls!

This is a topic which is of paramount importance - curvier girls are hitting the runways which is an amazing thing to witness! Even though everyone should embrace their body; whatever shape it is, it feels good to see more designers and brands in general encourage and think of different body types!

Last Thursday I had the opportunity to witness the Lilly Mae Fashion Show at Malta Fashion Week at Fort St Angelo, where the brand represented Marina Rinaldi, Elena Miro and Basler, which are three brands which it represents in Malta. These brands are targeted mostly for curvier models, and I decided to share with you some photos which were captured on the day!

:: Malta Fashion Week - Ritienne Zammit Je Suis ::

Hello again!

Maltese fashion designer Ritienne Zammit, has gathered some of the largest applause by the crowds of the previous fashion weeks. Her unconventional and modern designs have been received rather well by the Maltese community.

A fashion show by Ritienne is not the average fashion show where models walk the runway back and forth, rather its more of a dramatic representation of her beautiful creations!
